Unfortunately, I didn't catch the tip off from my instructor that using a dark backgroud for my blog is not a good ideal. Normally this would be no problem... right? Well, when it comes to the arts, and being an artist, just changing the contrast of one element to the opposite while leaving the rest of the work untouched is... well... I can't have that. So, last night I took on a grand undertaking. It didn't seem so at first. After all, whats the big deal about editing the CCS and HTML of a template for customization? I'll tell you what the big deal is! Looking at this code was similar to the thoughts in the head of a doctor who has made the first surgical incision on a humanoid extra-terrestrial. "My God,... this isn't human." Yep, that was me. I worked forever just to do the stupidest stuff and make the smallest changes. The background is white and its going to stay that way. I got bigger fish to fry in the depths of this code. I AM hoping all the necessary elements are on my page at this time. If anybody see's anything missing (that is useful) give me a holler. See me later ;)
P.S. I realize now that links do not open in a separate window. This is annoying for one thing and, additionally, if I'm going to post something for people to read, why would I want to send them off of my site? I'll get on it. For now, the Back button has to be used.
Oh boy....
